To Whom It May Concern:

To date Kinloch Productions, Inc., has been working with Bank of America's Knowledge Channel for more than three years. The video and television turned in by Von Kinloch and her team has been consistently excellent.

The Knowledge Channel is an internal satellite television network and video production house for Bank of America, and we serve at the will of our internal clients. Von has consistently received the highest praise from every client she has worked with and is always requested when they return with new projects. She brings an extremely rare blend of creativity and organization not found in the same place. She can take a dry idea and make it interesting and coach an inexperienced person into doing their personal best on camera. In addition, she is always professional and a joy to work with.

For the past two years, Von has led our regular on-cameral skills training classes and has provided one-on-one training for some senior leaders in the bank. Her personality and skill combine to make her a very effective teacher and coach for those who do not spend much time in front of the camera.

Von has also worked hard to learn our internal processes so that she can deliver excellence without destabilizing our work-flow.

Obviously, I would not hesitate to recommend her work to anyone: a consummate profession, an excellent writer, a creative person, a disciplined producer, and an enjoyable personality.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

Re: Charlotte Housing Authority Scholarship Fund (CHASF)

Dear Von:

I think you know from our numerous phone conversations how pleased I am with the CHASF video produced by Kinloch Productions. I am thrilled with both the quality of the video and potential impact it can have on our ability to raise more money fro college scholarships. Your ability to so quickly grasp the message we wanted to express, coordinate all aspects of the productions process, and then complete it under a definitive timeline was remarkable.

As an added bonus the process of working with you and Leon was wonderful. You anticipated every step along the way, were flexible in making adjustments when necessary, and in all that matters exceeded my expectations at every turn. It has been a delight working with you and I look forward to opportunities to refer others your way.

With best personal regards,

Sincerely,

Ssb Sig

Dear Von:

This letter has been long/late being sent to you, but please don't let that detract from the sincerity of its message.

Applause! Applause! To Kinloch Productions for an exceptional video production focusing on the Charlotte Housing Authority's Transitional Families Programs (TFP).

Your patience and sensitivity in working with our staff to ensure that you clearly understood the program, scope of work, target audience, and anticipated outcome, coupled with your professionalism adaptability and many talents, resulted in a production of which we are all very proud. Quiet honestly, we ca find no flaw. The production is outstanding!

Upon its initial viewing by the CHA Senior Staff, it received nothing but accolades. Next, it was shown during our quarterly General Staff Meeting of all CHA employees, who gave it a thunderous applause and even a standing ovation. Currently, it is airing on the Government Channel as a component of an interview with the new chairman of the CHA Board of Commissioners. Since it began he and others have called or stopped by my office to share their appreciation for such a quality production that tells our TFP story so well and accurately.

Please know that I am more than grateful than I could ever express to you and Leon for this magnificent example of Kinloch Productions' video work. Do not hesitate to use the Charlotte Housing Authority should you ever need a reference.

I eagerly look forward to working again with you in the near future.

Happy New Year!

Sincerely,

Cha Sig

Memo To: Von Kinloch, President - Kinloch Productions, Inc

From: Julia Rush, Director of communications - Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office - Jan Thompson, Director - Inmate Program

Subject: Your work with Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office

Jan and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the work you preformed for us over the last four years. Regardless of the topic, Kinloch Productions always delivers a quality product.

What impresses us the most about Kinloch Productions is that you always work to understand and embrace the message the Sheriff's Office wanted to convey to our audience. In every instance, the end result is the same: a clear, professional video that captures the viewer's attention and drives home the message.

Throughout our involvement with Kinloch Productions, we've collaborated on training videos, marketing videos and television programming. There's never been an instance where quality or the product was compromised! You were always willing to go the extra mile to make changes in the product, sometimes at the very last minute.

Thank you for being such a wonderful resource for us! I look forward to working with you in the future.

To Whom It May Concern:

Over the past four years, WTVI has had an opportunity to work very closely with Von Kinloch of Kinloch Productions, Inc. She has developed and produced two outstanding public affairs series designed to meet the needs of the greater Charlotte Area.

Common Threads was designed to provide robust discussion and heighten the sense of awareness regarding issues of diversity.

Charlotte Tonight was a half-hour weekly public affairs program, providing in-depth interviews with newsmakers about topics that affect like in this metropolitan area.

Von did a highly professional job bringing all the elements together to provide the community with two well-produced informative series. The quality of her work has been outstanding; paying attention to details and providing WTVI with a high level of service. I would recommend Kinloch Productions, inc and Von highly and hope to have the opportunity of work with her again.

Sincerely,

Wtvi Sig
